MEGAFIL® 716 R is a seamless rutile wire with excellent welding properties combined with extreme impact strength down to -60 ºC. Fast solidifying slag for economical welding in PF mode up to 280 A without spatter.
Thanks to the seamless manufacturing process, this wire is highly recommended for automated welding such as with robots.
Thanks to the seamless manufacturing process, the hydrogen content is below 3 ml / 100 g weld metal even after long storage. CTOD tested.
